The Polish Ambassador aka The Jumpsuited One (or simply, David Sugalski) has been a busy honeybee this year, wrapping up
an extensive and intensive tour, managing his
collective record label,
making a new album and living on a permaculture homestead with his partner in all things, the beautiful
Ayla Nereo. This on top of throwing down new remixes and swimming in pretty rivers while successfully
Facebooking the shit out of it all. “Dayumn, boy” are I believe the words you’re looking for.
Friday, October 9 the TPA Family (and curious others) are being called for a helluva dance party under the stars at the
New Mountain Amphitheater. Asheville is lucky to be host to one of only four dates they’ve booked through the end of 2015, so if you did not get to see this crew in the midst of their incredible
Pushing Through the Pavement Permaculture Action Tour last year, you’re gonna want to get on that now.
WHERE, WHEN, HOW MUCH: New Mountain Amphitheater.
Tickets $22-25. Doors at 6:30. *Due to noise laws, it will be over by 11:00.
AFTER PARTY: Wildlight (The Polish Ambassador + Ayla Nereo), featuring a solo Ayla Nereo set. New Mountain, main room.
Tickets $10-15, NOT INCLUDED in TPA ticket. Doors at 10:00.
WHAT TO WEAR: A fly jumpsuit, a furry animal onesie, any one-piece outfit that you feel stellar in.
As if that weren’t enough, they will be facilitating one of their permaculture Action Days on October 10 in Marshall. Come on out and “party with a purpose” with Polish, Ayla, and the rest of us. Best not to be too hungover to hold a shovel. Find out more about that on the
Facebook page.
