The fierce culinary duo behind the Blind Pig Supper Club
events and Aux Bar
on Lexington Avenue – Chef Mike Moore
and Chef Steven Goff
– are taking over District Wine Bar
in the River Arts District for a two day pop-up bound to be loaded with great food, wine, beer, and fun.
The menu is set to include:
- Wood Smoked Brisket with Summer Pickles
- Pickled Shrimp Salad with Aioli
- Smoked Pork Shoulder Sandwich with Fennel Cole Slaw
The team at District Wine Bar
will be pairing the menu with a selection of their wines and European beers.
The Chefs will start at 2pm Saturday and Sunday, August 18-19th, and will go until they run out!
