I love this time of year, when countless pint sized little vampires, witches, zombies and other sugar crazed fiends come out to plunder. We personally get around 1000 plus candy craving minions here on our street, mercilessly pounding at our door to satisfy their sugar tooth. It's like a mini Mardi Gras. The
Asheville Citizen Times posted a story couple years ago on how my family and I do it up with giant inflatable spiders and a slew of other creepy stuff on our little corner of Weaverville for Halloween. Check it out
here.
This illustration, "Ta-Dah", is one of three art prints of mine in the "Spooky" show at the
ZaPow Gallery here in Asheville, N.C. This piece was modified from an earlier one and resurrected just in time for the show. If you are in downtown Asheville, come and check out the "Spooky" show and all the wonderful art and artists ZaPow represents.
Have a safe and happy Halloween...and don't let your kids, or yourself, eat all that candy in one night!
