You might have heard of
Franny's Farm out in Leicester just a bit north-west outside of Asheville: it's home to eco-cabin lodging, animals, camp grounds, goat yoga classes, many a beautiful wedding, and even the annual music festival
Barnaroo. Now, after years of planning and cultivation, it boasts 2 acres of growing, industrial hemp that will be made into quality, "seed to sale", hempalicious items such as CBD tunctures, lotions, and more at
Franny's Farmacy opening on Merrimon Avenue in Asheville.
The Farm itself lovingly grew from the heart and soul of owners
Frances and Jeff Tacy who dreamt of leaving the corporate life and getting "back to simple" - back to nourishing and being nourished by the land. The fact that Frances literally left the "Big Pharm" pharmaceutical industry to start an actual farm makes the success story that much sweeter.

Now that society seems to be finally catching up to the environmental and humanitarian benefits of growing and using hemp, what will be produced and sold from
Franny's Farmacy will no doubt be flying off the shelves to happy customers everywhere.
All are invited to celebrate the
Grand Opening of the Farmacy from the official ribbon cutting on Wednesday, October 10th straight through to Sunday the 14th with days jampacked of activities, workshops, entertinament, drinks and bites, and of course CBD treats. There's even a Kids Day on Saturday the 13th with face painting, story time, and baby animals to pet! Squee! The shop is located at
211 Merrimon Avenue in Asheville.
