Hive + Honey, and Cooperative Coffee Roasters whole bean coffee - with more vendors are joining daily. The aim of Pickup Market is to curate an innovative outlet for the best of the Asheville-area’s prepared foods brands to sell their products without the labor-intensive requirements of an in-person markets and pop-ups.
Products like the juices and coffee concentrates will be sold in upcycled glass bottles that can be returned for reuse week after week. Ware also hopes to simplify weekend errands by allowing folks to get weekly groceries (from local, small businesses) in the same stop as they refill their shampoo, laundry detergent, or any of the other products available in their bulk collection. On a weekly basis, Pickup Market orders are to be placed between noon Monday and noon Thursday to then be picked up Sunday.
