Merlefest is back in action this year! To be held September 16th-19th on the campus of Wilkes Community College in Wilkesboro, the festival features live music, shopping, and more.
The festival was founded in 1988 in memory of Eddy Merle Watson as a fundraiser for Wilkes Community College and to celebrate 'traditional plus' music, and is now considered one of the premier music festivals in the country.
The 2021 lineup includes LeAnn Rimes, JOHNNYSWIM, The Barefoot Movement, and many, many more! And if you’re worried about the kids, don’t fear! The Little Pickers Family Area is full of activities for all ages.
