During the first weekend in August, Grammy and Stellar Award Nominated multi-instrumentalist, Marcus Anderson, hosts
an event in Asheville, NC at the beautiful Diane
Wortham Theatre. This annual event, Marcus Anderson’s Jazz and Coffee Escape, endearingly referred to as MAJACE, headlines several of Smooth Jazz’s billboard-topping musicians.
Our fourth annual event is being held Friday, August 5th – Saturday, August 6th, 2022. The lineup for MAJACE will showcase amazing performers such as: Kenny Lattimore, Kayla Waters, Steve Oliver, 480 East, Marcus Johnson, Raegan Whiteside, and many more!
MAJACE attracts thousands of jazz enthusiasts and coffee lovers from the United States and abroad, providing them an opportunity to retreat to the euphoric ambience that the luxurious city of Asheville, North Carolina has to offer. In addition to the music aspect, MAJACE also features Marcus Anderson’s signature AND® Coffee products and beverages from his coffee shop, Trax Coffee Bar.
This year, they have partnered with the 501(c)(3) charitable organization, Accelerating Men, a mentorship program for young men, ages 10-18, and all the proceeds from MAJACE 2022 will benefit this impactful organization; therefore, your donation to our event is tax-deductible.
