'Tis the season and on Saturday, December 8th from 12:00 – 5:00pm the Asheville Area Arts Council will be having its annual Holiday Market and Open House for all your gift giving (and receiving) needs. Both the Refinery Creator Space and Open Hearts Art Center on Cox Avenue will be open to all with food, drinks, and arts and crafts galore. You can meet artists and check out their studios as well as participate in family-friendly activities with Majik Studios, Asheville Makers, Local Cloth and the AAAC. It's also the perfect time to check out the two current exhibitions in the galleries at the Refinery – Asheville Through Brown Eyes and Winged Narratives: A Social Study. Ho Ho Ho!
