Asheville has plenty to offer and we've rounded up some of the best events for you to check out. So put on something fun and get out and enjoy yourself, because it's weekend. Once 5pm rolls around kick off your Friday night right by bopping around downtown and taking in a ton of gallery openings during the First Friday Art Walk which happens - you guessed it - the first Friday every month from April - December. Head on down to the River Arts District for the first weekend of five, for live music from The Movement, Satta Roots and Franklin's KitePatagonia's Worn Wear Tour River Link Music Festival May 1 | 5- 10 p.m. If it's broke, fix it. Staff from Patagonia's repair facility will be aboard The Worn Wear Wagon, offering free repairs on busted zippers, rips, tears, buttons, pulls and more. The mobile repair shop will be open to anyone who brings in garments, regardless of brand. Used Patagonia items will also be for sale.
