Asheville Vaudeville returns with burlesque, puppetry, aerial arts and more

This is going to be a great show. Here are the details via a press release:
Asheville Vaudeville returns for a very special March 17 show at Isis Music Hall and Restaurant. A mostly snake-free cavalcade of entertainment featuring some of the most beloved Asheville Vaudeville performers gathered for one evening. The evening will be led by our mistress of ceremonies, Valerie Meiss, songstress, master musician of the ukulele and accordian, puppeteer and performer extraordinaire! You will shake your shamrocks with: … the regal, raucous burlesque of Queen April … the peppery puppetry of Keith Shubert of Toybox Theatre … the joyous juggling artistry of Forty Fingers (minus some fingers and possibly a tooth) … the magical mirth of Sneaky McFly … the fractured folk tales of Onkel Woland and the Black Forest Menagerie … the chaotic comedy of Lucky Rigel 7 … the dark dance performance of Ariel Vanator … the Westeros dance stylings of Elizabeth Evans … the saucy sass of Sera Sahara … the sweet Irish tease of Sue Meringue However you celebrate your Celtic traditions, you will not want to miss this show. Did we mention, mostly snake-free? All this lucky charm goodness in one show at 9 p.m. on March 17 at the Isis Music Hall, 743 Haywood Road, Asheville. Tickets are only $20 and can be purchased online at www.isisasheville.com/events/ or at the door on the day of the performance. This show is intended for grownup children, ages 18 and over.
