January is North Carolina’s coldest month, making it the perfect time to warm up with an oyster roast. Jettie Rae’s is bringing the fire on January 15 with loads of James River oysters cooked over a wood-burning pit and served with all the fixings. Guests will also enjoy passed Lowcountry-style bites like cod fritters, pimento cheese and crackers, shrimp dip and corn.
Included with admission ($80 per ticket) are two drinks from The Pearl airstream trailer, with the choice of beer, wine or cocktails, as well as unlimited oysters and snacks. Tickets are divided into two seating times, the first at 1 p.m. (available HERE) and the second at 4:30 p.m. (available HERE).
